SAVE THE DATE!

A day of celebration to mark Lambeth Wind Orchestra's 10th birthday! 🙂 The band will rehearse and perform short mini concerts throughout the day, inviting back previous members and anyone else who has helped to make LWO the success it has become - this page will be updated as more information is confirmed.

*

(If you have ever played with the band, we would love to welcome you along, as we plan to play through some of our favourite pieces of the last decade and have a bit of a party, too... You will probably receive an email from us, but this is advance information).

The music will be drawn from the 'Piece of the Year' list, drawn up since 2009 and chosen by the band, plus a few more fantastic surprises to keep everyone on their toes!

Refreshments will be available through the day. We'll rehearse and perform informally as we go; some people may have other musical activities later on elsewhere, so please come for as long as you can!

Venue to be confirmed, but there will be a small charge to cover this and the refreshments during the day.

We do hope you can join us!

@Leese72 Keep an eye out in July, as it’s being performed in the chamber version, once again with Ed and Sue as soloists and conducted by @JohnIvorHolland 😊🎶👏
